Pet Passport Scheme:

Norfolkline ferries have signed to be a part of the Pet Passport Scheme (PPS) authorised by DEFRA. The ferry operator announces the scheme to all their potential travellers regarding pet passport. They said, “Travellers who have Pet Passport Scheme can take their pets on any of our ships.” The ferry operator has laid a procedure to carry pets on the Dover- Dunkerque route. Travellers are suggested to inform about their pets travel across channel before booking their tickets online or call centre on 0844 8475 007 I for further details on pet travelling.

Book Carriage for Pets in Advance:

Norfolkline ferries is allowed to carry pets only in accordance to Pet Travel Scheme and they are obliged to charge travellers with a carriage charge of £30 as applicable to pet booking. The animal must stay in the vehicle at all times throughout the crossing. It will be responsibility of travellers to provide all necessary documents and make all arrangements, including where necessary quarantine, to satisfy all legal requirements. Pets will not be allowed to accompany travellers who ever fails to satisfy the (PPS) rules and regulations.
