I booked ferry tickets to France last week with MyFerryLink, unexpectedly lost the confirmation email. Is there any chance for a new mail or can I still travel with you? Can anyone help out or give any suggestions?

Hello Edward,

As Wesley said you need to present your unique booking number given to you at the time of online booking along with a valid photo ID proof at the check-in port.

Normally, all ferry passengers are advised to print a copy of their booking confirmation email as soon as they book their ferry tickets online and show this copy as their ticket at the check-in booth.

The email confirmation is just your e-ticket, it is not your original ticket.

There is no worry as long as you have the unique booking number, you will be allowed check-in.
