Travel from the UK to France by Norfolkline ferries on the convenient Dover-Dunkirk route and you’ll enjoy a relaxed and comfortable journey as you head towards the historic port of Dunkirk.

When you reach Dunkirk you’ll find plenty of places to go and things to do The port itself has museums, an aquarium and a zoo, and there are the 15 kilometres of sandy beaches within easy reach. If it’s shopping bargains you’re looking for there’s a large shopping centre with over 400 shops and plenty of parking.

Within a short drive however you’re in the French countryside with many lovely towns and villages full of typically French bars and great cuisine.

Not far away is Belgium with great offers on chocolate, beer and tobacco.

Shopping: Shopping in Dunkirk is easy, practical and extremely pleasant. There are 400 shops in the town centre.
